MCAN
We're a member (and past president of) the Marketing
Communications Agency Network (MCAN). The network consists
of advertising agencies in non-competitive markets throughout
the Eastern United States. We're the only North Carolina member
of MCAN. This unique association gives us the strength of a $100
million agency without the high overhead, costs or bureaucracy
associated with such a large organization. |

We're Connected
As a matter of routine service, each agency cooperates
with fellow members to provide competitive data, out-of-market
media placement, recommendations and creative approaches from
other markets, and makes staff specialists available to other
member agencies whenever necessary. Through our association with
MCAN and The Second Wind Agency Network, we have access to over
400 advertising agencies who share information, resources and
expertise. |
| Market Research Capabilities
Our exclusive relationship with two private research firm enables
us to
offer affordable specialists in problem definition, research design,
analysis and interpretation.
We are capable of collecting data by telephone in a WATS calling
center equipped to handle up to 40 interviewing stations. Data
collection is also done by mail, in-person interviews and by
focus groups. Report processing services include full statistical
analysis and color graphics capability, made available in hard
copies, on disk or tape, or by on-line access. Fifty full and
part-time employees staff our affiliated research firm.

Media Placement Specialists
By combining our in-house media capabilities with
the buying expertise of a major media placement firm in our network
we can specify and buy media in any regional, national or international
market. |

Video Production Studios
We're associated with two fully equipped production and editing
studio featuring state-of-the-art cameras, lighting and computer
technology for broadcast quality video productions. Our experience
includes national broadcast and cable television spots, corporate
image, training, sales, trade show and interactive video creations. |
